§ 1 DEFINITIONS

Working days - Mondays to Fridays with the exception of public holidays.

Account - a free-of-charge function of the Store (service provided electronically) regulated by separate regulations, thanks to which the Buyer may open an individual account in the Store.

Consumer - Consumer as defined in the Civil Code.

Buyer - any buyer in the Shop.

Regulations - these Regulations.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

For the proper functioning of the Store you need:

Internet access device

Internet browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.

For placing an order in the Store, in addition to the requirements set out in paragraph 1, an active e-mail account is required.

§ 4 SCOPE RECOMMENDATIONS

The prices of goods in the Store are the total prices of the goods, including VAT.

Seller points out that the total price of the order consists of the price for the goods indicated in the Store: the price for the goods and, if applicable, the cost of delivery of the goods.

Selected goods to buy should be added to the shopping cart in the Store.

Next, the Buyer selects from those available in the Store: the method of delivery of goods and the method of payment for the order, as well as provides data necessary for the execution of the order.

The order is placed upon confirmation of its content and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Buyer.

Placing an order is the same as the conclusion of a sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.

The buyer can register in the Store, i.e. open an Account or make purchases without registering by providing their details with each possible order.

§ 5 PAYMENTS

You can pay for your order, depending on the Buyer's choice:

Ordent transfer to Seller's bank account.

With a payment card:

Through the payment platform:

PAYU

Delivery, i.e. by card or cash on delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

If you choose to pay via the PayU payment platform, the entity providing online payment services is PayU S.A.

If the Buyer chooses to pay in advance, the order must be paid within 3 working days of placing the order.

Seller informs that in the case of some payment methods, due to their specificity, it is only possible to pay by this method directly after placing an order.

By making purchases in the Store, the Buyer accepts the use of electronic invoices by the Seller. The buyer has the right to withdraw his acceptance.

§ 6 ORDER REALISATION

The seller is obliged to deliver the goods without defects.

Order completion date is indicated in the Store.

In the event that the Buyer has chosen to pay in advance for the order, the Seller will proceed with the execution of the order after it has been paid for.

Where the Buyer has purchased goods with different delivery dates in a single order, the order will be delivered on time for the goods with the longest delivery date.

§ 7 LAW OF DECREEMENT FROM THE AGREEMENT

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller via the Store, subject to § 8 of the Terms and Conditions, within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

Contracting - in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content.

In order for the consumer to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must inform the Seller, using the data provided in § 2 of the Rules of Procedure, of his decision to withdraw from the contract by way of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or information sent by e-mail).

The consumer may use the model withdrawal form at the end of the Rules, but it is not obligatory.

In order to respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the consumer sends information on the exercise of his right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Outputs of deviation from the Agreement

In the event of withdrawal from a concluded contract, the Seller shall reimburse the consumer for all payments received from him, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the consumer other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The merchant will use the same means of payment as the consumer used in the original transaction, unless the consumer agrees otherwise, in any event the consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

Seller asks you to return the goods to the address: Al. Jerozolimskie 155/U3, 02-326 Warsaw immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends back the goods before the expiry of the deadline of 14 days.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

If the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned under normal postal procedures, the consumer will also have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The Consumer will be informed about the estimated amount of these costs by the Seller in the description of goods in the Store or when placing an order.

In the event of a refund for a payment card transaction by a consumer, the merchant will return the funds to the bank account associated with that payment card.

§ 8 Exceptions to the RIGHTS OF DECREEMENT FROM THE AGREEMENT

In which the consideration is not manufactured to the consumer's specifications or is intended to meet his or her personalised needs.

The object of the performance is an item that is subject to rapid deterioration or has a short shelf life.

In which the consideration is provided for the supply of goods in sealed packaging which, when the packaging is opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

In which the consideration is given for items which, by their nature, are inseparably linked to other items after delivery.

<style="text-align: justify;">In which the performances concern sound or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

O the supply of journals, periodicals or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

O the supply of digital content which is not recorded on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period and after the trader has been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal of a distance contract is not available to anyone other than the consumer.

§ 9 REKLAMACJE

In the event of a defect in the goods, the Buyer has the possibility to complain about the defective goods on the basis of a warranty or guarantee regulated by the Civil Code, provided that the guarantee has been granted.

When making use of the warranty, the Buyer may, under the terms and within the time limits specified in the Civil Code:

Make a reduction in price

For a material defect - make a declaration of withdrawal

Require replacement of things free from defects

Request defect rectification

The Seller requests a warranty claim to the postal or electronic address indicated in § 2 of the Rules and Regulations.

If it turns out that in order to consider the complaint it is necessary to deliver the goods to the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to deliver the goods, in the case of the Consumer at the Seller's expense, to the address Al. Jerozolimskie 155/U3, 02-326 Warsaw.

If a warranty has been granted on the goods, information about it, as well as its conditions, is available in the product description in the Store.

Reclamations concerning the operation of the Store should be sent to the e-mail address indicated in § 2 of the Terms and Conditions.

Seller will process the complaint within 14 days.

Justic RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FOODS OF RECLAMATION AND REVENUE OF RUSSES

In the event that the complaint procedure does not produce the result expected by the Consumer, the Consumer may, inter alia, make use of:

Aid of the competent local and permanent consumer arbitration court attached to the Provincial Commercial Inspectorate, to which a request for consideration of the case before the arbitration court must be submitted. Free municipal or district consumer ombudsman.

§ 10 PERSONAL DATA

The Seller is the administrator of the personal data provided by the Buyer when using the Store.

§ 11 RESTRICTURES

The Buyer is prohibited from providing illegal content.

Every order placed in the Store constitutes a separate sales contract and requires separate acceptance of the terms and conditions. The contract is concluded on time and in order to complete the order.

Contracts concluded on the basis of these regulations are concluded in Polish.

In the event of a dispute with a Buyer who is not a Consumer, the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office will have jurisdiction.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

For the proper functioning and creation of an account it is necessary:

Internet browser that supports JavaScript and cookies

§ 4 ACCOUNT

Opening an Account is entirely voluntary and subject to the will of the Buyer.

Account gives the Buyer additional possibilities, such as: viewing the history of orders placed by the Buyer in the Store, checking the status of the order or editing the Buyer's data on their own.

In order to open an Account, please fill in the appropriate form in the Store.

.The Buyer may cancel the Account at any time without incurring any costs.

To cancel your Account, please send your cancellation to the Seller by e-mail: tomasz.jurkiewicz@adres.pl, which will result in immediate deletion of the Account and termination of the agreement within the scope of maintaining the Account.

§ 5 REKLAMACJE

Reclamations concerning the functioning of the Account should be sent to the following e-mail address: tomasz.jurkiewicz@adres.pl .

Seller will process the complaint within 14 days.

§ 6 PERSONAL DATA

The Seller is the administrator of the personal data provided by the Buyer when using the Store.

§ 7 RESERVATIONS

The Buyer is prohibited from providing illegal content.

The Account Agreement is concluded in Polish.

In the event of important reasons referred to in sub-paragraph 4, the Seller has the right to amend these Account Terms and Conditions.

The main reasons referred to in paragraph 3 are:

The need to adapt the Shop to the law applicable to the Shop's activities

improvement of the security of the service provided

Change of Account functionalities requiring modification of the Account Rules

The Buyer will be informed about the planned change to the Account rules at least 7 days prior to the implementation of the change by e-mail sent to the address assigned to the Account.

In the event that the Buyer does not accept the planned change, the Buyer should inform the Seller thereof by sending an appropriate email to the Seller's e-mail address tomasz.jurkiewicz@adres.pl, which will result in termination of the Account management agreement upon the entry into force of the planned change or earlier if the Buyer so requests.

In the event of a dispute with a Buyer who is not a Consumer, the competent court will be the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
